I dont know why, but I'd worked myself into a bit of tizwoz about this run. I just didn't know how I was going to run for 5 minutes, when 3 minutes was hard enough.

I did it.... blinkin slow and I was chuffing knackered.... but I did it!

I'll run again on Saturday and Monday, in the knowledge that I can do it, and work on getting my heart rate back down. I know that my watch wont be 100% accurate in monitoring my HR, but it gives me a good idea as to how my fitness is improving.

i just came back from week 4 run 2

i found 4,1 tough but 4,2 today was certainly better !

Hey, well done you! I have the same run tonight, and dreading it too. (W4 R1) and then again Saturday and Monday so looks like we're both heading in the same direction.
