Yesterday should have been a run day (I run every other day) but husband was complaining a bit so went for a long (for me - 4 miles maybe) walk with him instead, through fields to the river and back. It was lovely, but I now feel worse than ever with hay fever and I'm not sure I can face being outside . I don't have a treadmill or anything (no space). I graduated only a couple of weeks ago and don't yet feel a natural runner (though I enjoy it). Should I stop for a week or two, and if I did how would I get back on form?

Terrible hay fever
Hi Palestrina, I know from personal experience how miserable hayfever and allergies can be, and in pollen season I take prescription-only antihistamines. That would be my choice, rather than staying inside. There again I live between fields and forest so I'd be stuck at home for months!
Thanks! Which antihistamines are they? It would take me a few days to get them, though experience tells me that no antihistamines work, sadly.
You're welcome
I'm in France, so tablet brand names are different. Here it's Inorial; I believe in the UK it's Ilaxten. The generic is bilastine. Works much better for me than loratadine, desloratadine or cetirizine.
