Am 75 with bronchial COPD just completed run 3 week 5 first 20 mins run .Struggle in first mins of run with flem loosening in chest ( sorry if your eating)new trainers made lot difference to my knees which is good I’m well over 15st so lot weight to carry but I’ll battle on

That cheers me. I'm about to begin, with trepidation. 62 and horribly unfit, have brittle astmha. But the more I read about this, the more I think a) it is possible and b) it will help my health.

I will make sure I have my inhaler at all times though!
