Hi all im new to the group So hi everyone🤗🤗🤗

I nearly finished in march just before lockdown got to week 8 !!

I have restarted last week on week2. All has been fine until Monday Did week 3 run 2 and have had really bad shin pain since not sure why? I did the warm up stretched so thought it would be fine. Tuesday evening went for a stroll and legs were in agony i thought my son might need to carry me home😮

Just wondering where i went wrong?

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress, but you might have been better off starting from the beginning to build up your leg's resistance to impact.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
