Finished W8R3 this morning and another 4.6K in the bag 💪🏼 Really think I’ve found my nice consistent pace now!
Only 1 week left of the programme and I’m so surprised at how far I’ve come! From someone who faked injuries to get out of running at school, who would’ve thought I’d be running for 28 minutes? 😂
Bring on week 9 - although I’ll be a little sad to see Laura go soon 😥
