Seems I’m finally getting to be able to run for longer than 20 minutes. I had been trying to speed up a bit but now I’m just trying to get to 30 minutes of running albeit very slowly!!!

That’s great! I’m very slow too and much as I try to quicken up I always return to my sloth like pace! However, I think that building up stamina, and being able to run for a longer time is more important than speed. I’m only on week three but do hope to run for 30 minutes eventually, although it seems like a long way off at present! Keep it up 👍
