People talk about the benefits of C25K in regards to the actual programme, but I don’t see a lot of people talk about the benefits outside!
It’s a massive difference in my HIIT routines I’m doing once a week - I could only used to do about 12 minutes before surrendering to my lack of breathe - however I ended up ending my usual HIIT and decided to do another one (did a good warm up and a good cool down) and I was shocked how despite it was a decently intense workout, how good I felt during it!
This programme has honestly changed things for the better, I’m excited to see how much my stamina develops once I’m further into the programme - I’m only on week 5!
