Completed W1 R2 tonight. Was a bit better, legs are stiff, still got niggles but struggling on.

Yay! Well done! Feels fab doesnt it? I'm on W3R1 and cant believe I managed it this evening! It would have been impossible 3 weeks ago! Keep going
I’m a newbie as well just complete week 1 with some degree of difficulty. Turns out I’m going to fast. Wish i had been on this forum b4 I started.

I've just finished week 1. I think I've started off too quickly. No idea on pace.
I went too fast and started uphill in my first run which was 3 weeks ago. My hip hurt so much During and after the run I haven’t been able to run since, but I’ve walked for miles & miles instead. I will resume my week 1 running once confidence back. Slowly is definitely the way to go!
