I’m overweight but have started to lose some through cycling, around 110km per week for a few weeks now. I thought that as a result this would be easier, it isn’t. Nonetheless, first run completed!

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1 of C25K, well done, I used to cycle those sort of distances on my bike way back 20/30 years ago, now I still cycle but not nearly those sort of distances, one of the reasons I started C25K, good luck to you Leve on your RUNNING journey with C25K. 😊 🏃🏾

You were probably going too fast.........evrybody does.
