Hi fellow 5k’ers ... Today is my second day on the couch to 5k !! I’m knackered but happy I’m doing it ... haven’t got any questions yet but I’m sure I’ll have more as I get further into it ! I have read some posts and taken note of slow jog not speed run which was helpful

My tips would be make sure you do a warm up and an after run stretch, for example nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... and build up calves now on the non run days, then hopefully you won't have the problems that I did in W4
