Wow! What a week for an asthmatic to be running W7! Did it though! 🥵 My legs being stronger now has definitely helped compensate for my lungs struggling with this crazy high pollen. Swear I coughed the whole first five minutes, but things seemed to sort themselves out. Going to just lie here on the kitchen floor for a while though...🤣
