Still using the app Laura still inspiring me to keep pushing forward. Will keep doing W9 for about 6 sessions. Will increase speed gradually so as not get injured. May try NHS C25K+ podcast later.

Good news for you SandraY1 Laura is also on the NHS C25K+ Podcasts, they consist of pace, speed and stamina. I have not done them for a while, but worth listening and running to.
Keep it up ! You sound like you have a good plan of action 😀, it’s something I will probably consider too, lol I just have to reach that point!
I used Laura and Week 9 Run 3 for about 40 consolidation runs and because I did a lot of relatively the same route I would walk for 5 mins, then start the app and would run the 5 min warm up walk on the app thereby giving me longer time with Laura. Then at times run the warm down section of the app as well this would give me 40 mins of running time with Laura. So now I could increase distance but still have Laura giving me time checks. It worked now just run to Strava and music.
