I’m a new member. I’m doing week 9 of couch to 5k and am looking for support, advice and hints on how to keep going after the 9 weeks. How to build up a bit of speed now I am (very slowly) running for 30 mins.
Will be great to hear other’s stories and how they have got on with the app. 😊

First all you should consolidate - so keep running 3x 30 mins for about a month.
After that, have a look at the 3 supplementary C25K+ podcasts: Speed, Stamina, Stepping Stones.
They´re very good and I recommend them. Also, consider extending to 10k - the Bridge to 10k app is popular and there is also the Bridge to10K forum here.
