I have just finished Week 5 day 3.....although i am happy that i was able to run/jog for the 20 mins without stopping......i wish at the end of the whole work out that those symbols from a Turtle to a Hare could be turned off or stopped...Yes ok its nice and encouraging when the Hare comes up but when you feel you have done a good job and a Turtle symbol comes up you feel a bit deflated. I don't really think its helpful if i am honest!!! Maybe others think different!!
