Hey, ive not run for a week, my last run was the end of week 3 and was due to move onto week 4. I intend to run tomorrow or monday but was wondering if i should repeat last run of week 3 or just move to week 4. Im unsure due to having a week off, does it affect your progress if you have a break of a week? Thanks everyone

You should be good to restart where you left off I think you start to lose fitness after about 2 weeks.
You should be fine to progress to your next run in week 4. Just make your pace steady and slow to help you through all your run stages. Happy running 😊

As stated in the guide to the plan...........you have read it, haven't you? .............you lose lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.
After that loss of condition is gradual.
