When I dragged myself into my trainers this morning I had talked myself into doing run 2 again as there was no way I could run for 20 minutes then after stern words in my head decided to do it and trust the program and myself and did it! If i can do this anyone can! I plan to redo runs 2 and 3 of week five again then move up a week. Secretly proud of myself.
