Week2 run1. After struggling last week I changed my route so my first run wasn't uphill!! Brisk walk straight up to get it out the way so only gentle slopes from then on. What a difference!

Well done !! Sometimes that’s all it takes. I often experiment with new routes although I have my favourites that I could run blindfold 🤣🤣

When I started out I used to do the same circuit finding it difficult, so I decided to do the same circuit but the other way round. It made such a difference. The funny thing is when walking you don’t notice the difference in the inclines 😃👣👣👣
