Repeated this πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ as not successful the first time round. So much better, actually enjoyed the second 8 minute πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ. I find that I am actually a morning runner.

The run times are more mental than physical as longer as you are not injured. So many times you tell yourself that you can’t do this, but once you shut that voice out you can do. Everyone can do it. Repeat if you need to, but move onto the next level don’t let that voice tell you can’t do it you can.

Hi Litorun. Just go slow. You have already done 5 minutes from W4 R3 you can do this.
