I've just started Week 5 and am loving running for the first time in my life. But I've developed a weird pain in my left ankle. It almost feels like I've banged it right on the bone and is sore to touch. (I don't remember banging it on anything)
I'm running on country lanes so wondered if the camber of the road could be affecting it?
Any advice please? I really don't want to stop now! 😕

Running on a camber is a known issue for creating asymmetries and the traditional answer is to turn round and run back on the same side of the road.........which may not be advisable in country lanes.
