Well done! You have come so far, and seeing progress in your fitness levels in just 7 weeks is so rewarding, right? Not long to go now.
When you start running outside, maybe take it a little slower, as it can feel quite different, in terms of the earth beneath your feet rather than rubber! It is not harder (in fact, I find treadmill running harder, for various reasons), just different. Good to run a bit slower when first running outside, so you can focus on your breathing and your posture. You will love it! So many distractions and lovely if you have any nice green space nearby you can run in. Also, I advise running early in the morning, if you can. Much easier to practise social distancing.
Well done on your journey so far; keep up the good work!
