W11 R1 - Where do I go now?

I am still running the 30 mins following the last run from the ap. I am wondering if there are other apps I could use or try now. 40 mins is working every other day, but I am wondering about getting a bit faster or going a bit further in that time. Is there an app with some intervals in it ? Any suggestions...

Nike Running Club is an app, it does programmes based on your pace and what is considered a long run for you. I think it does two longer runs and one interval run (sprints) to help get your speed up, a week. I haven't used it myself as I'm still on week 7 of Couch to 5K, but my friend who uses it is a big fan. It's what I'm planning to move on to when I graduate.

Also if you don't fancy another programme, they do audio guided runs including meditation while you run, if that's something you're in to.

I think this is an important time so that you stay motivated. This is where we miss Park Run so much. Have you joined the Bridge to 10K forum? I think that Nike Running Club is good because of the guided runs. I tried that a couple of times. I also use Strava which gives a lot of personal goals and achievements.

If you look on the pinned posts on Bridge to 10k you will find Ju Ju’s Magic 10 Program (not an App) - You can do it either by distance, or by time. 😄
