Which is best .logic is saying for weight loss Joggers etc.but for speed conditioning..am I thinking right.

Running alone is not the best thing for weight loss (unless you run super long distances); running AND a healthy diet is great for weight loss! And as for clothes, the most important thing is that they are comfortable, I’d say. 👍

Wearing warmer clothes is not going to help weight! It’ll make too sweat more but that’s only losing water, not fat. You’ll just put that back on. At there moment I’m wearing shorts and vests for running.

Just go with comfort, I always wear lycra running leggings, and I vary my top wear according to the weather.....knowing even when its chilly as I head out....I'm soon going to be very warm😊
