Hi Forum...I'm into my 3rd week and loving it....so I decided to try running on grass to see the difference. And whilst the advice out there is split on which surface is better to get the right results...in my opinion the grass seems more spongy although if uneven I feel it could be risky for the ankles....as the park grass is not always flat and level ...so Advice Please would be useful. 😇

Grass has less impact involved but can be more energy sapping and because of the unevenness will work and ultimately strengthen your ankles more.

Grass is good for a change, just watch out for any pot holes hidden by grass, a while back I went into one and sprained my ankle..
