Just turned 59 and need to get myself in shape.
Had this app on my phone for at least 2 years and always had an excuse not to start .
Lockdown gave me no excuse !
Just completed week 5 , that last 20min run was tough, thank god for Jo Whiley .
Knees getting a bit twitchy but other than that feel great once recovered.
