I’m no expert but at some point your going to need new ones anyway and I would guess sooner rather than later by the looks of it. Get as soon as possible and start breaking them in so they are ready for when these expire. You might even find the new are better for you now.
I find with any shoes, not just sports shoes, the time to buy a new pair is when it's raining and your feet starts to get wet, leaking shoes, get a new pair.
It's hard to say from photos...I took a whole bag of shoes to my l90cal sports shop, they looked at them all, and divided them into two piles, those with a few KM left on them, and those that were frankly knackered. I got some new shoes, then ran again in the old ones every now and them and had to admit they knew their stuff. I've found 500 - 700 KM is the most I'm going to get out of my runners, a bit galling as ordinary shoes will last forever. I must be a heavy runner...get some new ones, then try these again, see if you can notice a difference. You might get a bit more life out of them if you save the for short runs..
Need to see a photo with the whole shoe on but they say 300-500 miles or 6 months. I’ve got 2 pairs I rotate, one of which I change every few months so I’ve always got an older and a newer pair on rotation.
Thanks guys... i want the same shoes again but they have evolved... with the current situation i can't get measured up. Can i simply but the latest evolution e.g. gel-phoenix 8 is now gel-pheonix 10???
