Little walk

Decided to take it a bit more gently walking to work today, for some reason up to now I’ve tried to beat my last time and not much fun

so today i wandered said happy Easter to a few people i passed and arrived less hot and sweaty 😀

Happy Easter to you both Willow and Sola, I also went a 5K walk this morning on the same route as yesterday's 5K run, the walk today took 49 minutes compared to yesterday's 33 minutes run

Happy Easter Al, you run faster than you walk, I will do my exercise later I done count walking to and from work but wanted to put something here today

I am so slow running i can walk nearly as fast lol
