Got up really early to run before work and met this chap by the back door. Really enjoying this journey and week 7 run 2 done and dusted. ✅ can’t believe I can run for 25 mins , starting to get a bit serious now. Happy running 👍🍺

Many thanks , pretty chuffed to be able to manage 25 mins. Likewise not seen one for very long time there quite partial to cat food ! Happy running.
