Over the past few months I haven’t checked in or commented as much. Naughty me!

To all the newbies, I wish you all the best on your running journey and for those of us who have been here for a while. I hope you’re still having fun and tootling along.

I went for a half hour run this morning and I curse with every step I take, lol. I thought things would get easier but for me it doesn’t. But whatever will be, will be.

Hi Tazzy,

Life is strange at the moment each day I wake to a sence of unreality. .....Then I go out for a run with the purple snails, now that's real. We all just have to keep the running going dispite that voice in the back of the head telling us to stop.

Keep on running.
