Just completed week 2 run 3 but I've pulled a muscle in my calf. Do I rest until its better or run through it next time.

and includes advice on dealing with injury.......please do not run with a pulled calf muscle. I would advise getting some physio advice. Some physios are still doing online consultations.

I’ve just damaged my knee in W2R1 so had a virtual consultation as I want to get out there again. It worked really well and I did loads of stretching and other core plus hip exercises. Worth a try?
