So I have actually realised that I really love and enjoy running. Today I did my run without music, no Sarah but just me questioning myself about life. It felt really good.

If you have just started couch to 5k all I can say is it’s all worth it. If F can do it you can do it too! #keeprunning

Great run... the headspace it gives us really unique. When I’m mid run and alone with my thoughts I get a lot done! Keep on running... keep on smiling... keep on being amazing.

I count this as the real reward for effort, nothing to do with distance, speed or bling ( tho’ those can be fun.) it’s just the pleasure of running and the headspace it provides. Not at all what I anticipated when I started. 😊👍🎉 Happy running to you. 👏🏼
