I haven’t run for over a week should I redo the last week I did on couch to 5k or move to next weeks

Only if you have been off running for more than two weeks you would be advised to rerun the last run, go on to the next run or week.

Glad you can run again Peony! Start where you left off. You can always repeat if necessary but you don’t lose fitness until after two weeks. Enjoy🎈
