Don't be scared of run 3 of week 5, the program has prepared you for that run, ha, you shouldn't feel ashamed of your legs, I am a cyclist as well now as a runner, I always wear shorts when cycling although I do wear longer trousers when running, soon it will be shorts when running as well.
You get yourself some shorts especially with the longer runs and the warmer weather coming. 🏃🏾
Don't worry about //that// run - just take it slowly and make sure you have some tunes to allow your mind to wander instead of worrying about being able to do it!
Re shorts: it got a bit warm for me today too, I was wearing my gym vest but with running sleeves (just to keep my lower arms warm but my back and shoulders cool) and long yoga pants - those were the bit of kit that got a bit sweaty, haha!
Eek, the thought of being brave enough to expose my pale legs... but I'm sure they'll catch a bit of sun when I continue this running lark into the summer
