Well I haven’t ran for a few weeks now due to illness and what with everything else going on but I decided I would try the next run and see how long I could do. I took it really steady and used my treadmill and I managed the whole 28 mins ! I’m so pleased 😀 determined to finish it now, hope everyone else is ok 👌
