Well I bit the bullet today and had a go at W8R1 and it went really well. Don’t get me wrong, I was out of breath and puffing along like a slow coach but I did it.

I would never have dreamed I could do this. So all you new comers just keep going. Not long now until I graduate. I’m well chuffed to get this far 🏃‍♀️🐌🥳

As a total newbie this is so encouraging to read & well done. I will shortly be heading out for my W1R3 shortly. Officially I’m ‘walking’ the dog - still a closet C25k-er!

Don’t be afraid to let people know what you’re doing. If they find it funny it’s their problem not yours. At least you’re out there giving your all to get fit.

It all started as a joke for me because I told everyone for years that I couldn’t run. Then I found C25K to prove that I couldn’t run. Now I’m eating my words big time. I’m in touching distance of graduation and my demons have gone. So take each run as it comes and enjoy your journey x

Wow - that is amazing - well done. I hurt my back age 15 & haven’t been able to run since. I’ve been doing somatics exercises since March & my back is SO much better I thought I’d try this. Am definitely going to do the first couple of weeks twice though at a very steady pace to help my body adjust. Thanks for the encouragement xx
