Well, it was a little more down and up than I like, but it was the race I signed up for when I started the C25k plan. Took me 33m55s to get around the course, but delighted to have done it and set a time for myself. I'm still in my consolidation phase of things at the moment, and probably will be for another couple of months, but I am still delighted every time I complete the distance.

It is hard to believe that I took my first steps on C25K W1R1 less than 11 weeks ago!

Congratulations on your run today, that time is about the same as my parkrun time of yesterday, glad you enjoyed it, now go and have a little celebration.

Congratulations on completing your 5k event , brilliant time and great medal 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏅🏅

Well done layzellm, nice medal and a great time, all in less than 11 weeks, some achievement. I need to find somewhere to do something similar in a couple of weeks, .....lusting after that medal on a ribbon, ....we all deserve a medal getting through this Couchto5k 😃

Brilliant! Well done on completing your race and meeting your goal 👏🏼🎉.
