Knee pain

So just completed my first week.. never run before so this is all new to me. My knee is quite painful this morning...

Is it cause I’ve damaged it?

Or cause it’s working harder than usual?

So do I run through the ache or rest for a couple of days and next time wear a knee support?

Any tips would be very welcome.

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, strengthening exercises and dealing with injury, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
