Hi

Had a few days in the Lakes last week, very wet and windy. Delighted that I managed to complete week 8 run 3 over some very hilly lanes and woodland tracks. Next day walked up Catbells ant to my astonishment did not have to keep stopping to get my breath back, amazing! Have just realised how much the programme has improved my fitness!
