I’m yet to start after getting plantar issues I then ripped off a load of skin on my ankle . Have ran twice and it’s not healing and very painful . Now have new trainers but still hesitant to start . Any advice ?

Have you tried support socks?
They work really well for me, help a lot with the pain. Check them out in the link. Are you doing stretches for it?

Give it a try and see how you feel. I had a few PF pains in one foot a week or so before I started running. At the time it had me limping a the first 100m out of house in the morning. But once I started running it did not get. any worse and although it has not completely gone it is a lot better, Now I get the odd morning I feel pain for the first couple of steps but this not related to if I ran or not the night before. I think walking miles in town on pavements triggers it. Walking on country paths seems fine.
