Hi all, I’m mainly asking for a friend who suffers back pain when running and had been advised to strengthen his core muscles, but could do with strengthening mine too.
Anyone have a good core muscle workout routine they’d like to share or link to?

Apart from the planks (definitely work😬) and yoga, Pilates is all about core strengthening. Long term, regular Pilates sessions will really help, and are a gentle way to achieve good results. It's done wonders for my back.
