Iβm heading now to Slimming World - I got my 3 stone weight lose certificate last week. I started last August, then home and some Pinot Grigio to celebrate π
Do what another runner on here suggested- in ur head break the 25mins up into little 5min runs and just keep doing the 5mins and then itβs 25mins completed. U can def do it if I can!! Good luck and just go and listen to βLauraβ ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ
Yahooooo!! According to Laura I am now an official runner!!!! That wasnβt too bad- my legs were getting a bit achey at 20mins but I then did a faster run for the last 60seconds βοΈβοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈπ±π±π± I cant believe I just did that:))
