Millennium Way Ultra Marathon ✅

Yesterday marked two seminal moments in a running career than began on 26th February 2019 when I started Couch to 5K a year ago.

I had trained to 22 miles of a 42.8 mile ultra marathon and decided that I wanted to complete my first marathon on my way to completing my first ultra.

Yesterday was hard, I laughed, cried and everything in between but one thing I didn’t do was give up.

Hopefully my story will encourage anyone thinking of starting C25K to see that anything is possible! Do it, you may just surprise yourself, I know I did!

Wow, that's phenomenal 😲

And in just over a year - amazing 😊

I have a distant dream of a half marathon - but I'll be happy to get to 5k for the time being 😂

Well done again 😊 👏 🎉 🥉 🏃

Awesome run! I hope you’re enjoying putting those calories back in 🤣. 8k calories on a run is insane!!! Many congratulations on your latest achievement.
