Just over a year ago the C25K said I was a runner having completed Week 6 Run 3. Completing 3.2 miles now just 11 days to my first official half marathon in memory of my mum. So all those out there just starting out you can do it. Drink plenty run slow and steady and you will achieve everything you want to. It takes time and regular runs but you can do it. Good luck all.

An amazing year right there. Your progress and achievements are a credit to your hard work, even under adversity... I remember you spending time with your mum and still getting the job done closing out the first part of your journey. That HM is gonna be a real celebration of all of that, and you’ll get some great headspace out there to know just how proud your mum would be watching you cross that finish line. Have a great taper and wonderful event.
