I can’t believe I’m doing this. Mid way through week 7 and got my 3rd parkrun tomorrow. I have always hated running but now I am genuinely hooked and can’t wait for the next one. It’s challenging but I love the sense of accomplishment.

Just wanted to get the elation off my chest. Thanks all for the advice and support - it has been invaluable. Hope everyone has a lovely weekend 😃
