Had a great run today ran 5.35 miles and for 55 minutes on the treadmill 👍🏻😊 Lost 1/2 stone to boot on the program
It’s all starting to pay offf and stilll only on week 8
Good luck to everyone on the program it’s worth it in the end

Well done, but you are risking injury by pushing beyond the plan.
It strikes out of the blue when you push beyond the level that your body is conditioned to cope with.
We are all capable of doing way more than our bodies are conditioned to do, but not without increasing our injury risk. Sticking to gently progressive training plans is the safest way to push our limits, whilst gently increasing our resistance to injury.
I have an archive of horror stories from those who felt so good that they just pushed on, doing too much too soon and regretting it when they couldn't run for days, weeks or months and had to spend a fortune on physios.
You might get away with it......you might not.
Take care.
