Junior Parkrun cancellations

Just a heads up, loads of Junior Parkruns are cancelled on Sunday due to Storm Ciara. I expect more will be added to the list... parkrun.org.uk/cancellations/

It’s put a right kibosh on my plans to do a 25 mile run along a local ridge... as has the fact that I’ve not trained for it... and that I don’t want too! Something gentle tomorrow for me, maybe some intervals in the park.
