I feel more contagious than the whole of China at the moment!
But saying that I have gotten up and out the house every day for either c25k or strength and flex podcast regardless of the amount of mucus up my nose!
This morning in a very heavy frost I completed w5r3 and boy of boy was I chuffed to chickens, I even blew my nose multiple times while running and trying to breath properly! Lol
Tried a funny podcast rather than music too and the time just flew. When Michael told me to stop I did contemplate carrying on because I felt good, but told myself if I hurt myself I'd be kicking my butt about it forever! So I did stop. Can't wait for next run, must remember to reload the pockets with fresh tissuesπ

You deserve to be chuffed to chickens for running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, well done and congratulations.
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
