W1R1 Much less scary than it was.

W1R1 Completed at last! No more excuses, I'm on the journey now. Feeling a lot happier after than I was before the run. I followed the same route that I use for my morning walk but I was only half way around by the time the podcast finished, so I freestyled the rest and finished up estimating a minute and then ninety seconds alternately. Feeling sweaty but great, looking forward to Wednesday now. I really want to complete the second run tomorrow if I'm not feeling achy.

Thank you HealthUnlocked community, your positivity and encouraging posts got me here.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Please stick to the plan......no freestyling at this stage.

Enjoy your journey.
