Just discovered you all!

Timing is perfect since I weigh in at 15st 11, am menopausal and feel dreadful.

Something has got to give!

Hi and welcome! Are you going to do C25K? As an overweight menopausal woman myself I can tell you that it helps a lot. Take some time to read the “How to” post as it contains loads of valuable information, but most of all take it very slowly! Also, I always recommend doing the warm up/cool down exercises that are linked in the post too, as they help combat aches and injury. Have fun 👍😁
