New start

On my first week of c25k and I must say I really feel in the zone. After 8 months of no exercise and putting on a tone of weight it certainly feels like the perfect time to start running again.

Even better to be doing it with my sister in law and to be able to encourage each other along the way. Long may it continue 🤞🏻

Keep going. I've never had a running buddy, but if it works for you that's twice the success 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Huge well done on getting back into the running! I’m in week one too and it’s been easier than I expected and looking forwards to cracking on with week2! Hope you continue in the zone!! Good luck x
