Planking
Runners need good core strength and planks and bridges are great ways to build it.
I plank every day.
On a Sunday morning I do a 7 minute workout, with a 15 second break between the various versions, 1 minute full plank, 15 seconds break, then a 1 minute elbow plank, 15 seconds break, next for 1 minute a 30 second side plank to the left and at 30 seconds turning round to do it on the right side, try not to put your hand on the yoga mat at the turn, I do occasionally do that which if it was a competition would be a deduction, after that I have a 30 second break, finally for 90 seconds to make up the 7 minutes I do a 45 seconds full plank immediately changing for the last 45 seconds to a elbow plank
On a Monday and Saturday morning I do a straight 3 minute elbow plank.
On a Tuesday and Friday morning with a YouTube Video.
"The 3 minute perfect workout with Tom Holland" you will find that on YouTube. (3.39)
On a Wednesday morning I do another YouTube plank video, this is the
"7 minutes plank Challenge" (9.36) a little like the Sunday one with 15 seconds breaks, but it's just elbow planks, from the first second to the end of the plank, it's actually 8 minutes altogether, I find that one the hardest of the week.
On a Thursday morning it's another YouTube video
"5-minute workout that replaces high intensity cardio." (11.47) with Brightside
All those planks I do before breakfast, my favourite is the Tom Holland one, so you could try that one, it's on YouTube as above.
